This looks great — I can't wait to see it. So much waste when so many are hungry ... There need to be processes put in place by the stores at the corporate level to deal with outdated food. Obviously, throwing it into landfills is not a good solution. When so much commercial compost is now adulterated by chemicals like RoundUp, the very least (in TJs case) that could be done is send it out to organic composting facilities.
